Does Juggle put a bot in my meetings?
No. Nothing joins your calls and nothing appears in the participant list. Juggle listens from your device audio, so your clients never see a recorder in the room.
Is my data used to train AI?
Never. Juggle is private by default: your conversations are never used to train AI models, and your notes stay yours. Privacy-first notes on every call is the point, not a setting.

Juggle runs on your Mac and listens to your calls from your device audio, so no bot ever joins the meeting. Recordings and notes are captured and stored locally on your Mac; transcription and task extraction run through SOC 2-compliant, zero-retention services that never train on your data. Everything comes back organised by client: the summary, the tasks, the commitments, and your next step.
What does Juggle connect to?
Juggle connects to your Google Calendar, so it knows which client each meeting belongs to. And because it listens from your device audio, it works with whatever you already meet on: Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or a plain phone call, with nothing to install in the meeting itself.
