If you join the beta waitlist, we collect what you give us on the signup form: your email address, what you do (the role you pick), and anything you type into the optional context field. That is the whole list for the website.

The website itself uses Vercel Analytics, which gives us anonymous, aggregated page statistics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.

We use your email to contact you about beta access — invitations, and occasionally what we are building. That is it. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to anything you did not ask for.

That is the waitlist, and the waitlist only. Data from an account you connect to Juggle — your Google Calendar, for one — is never used for marketing, analytics, or anything other than running the features described below.

The Juggle app is private by default. It listens from your device audio — no bot joins your meetings and nothing appears in a participant list. Your conversations, notes, and tasks are never used to train AI models.

A fuller data-handling policy for the app itself ships with the app. If you are in the beta and want details sooner, ask us — we will answer plainly.

Juggle connects to your Google Calendar so it knows which client each meeting belongs to. We ask for the narrowest access that makes that work, and we use your Google user data for one purpose: providing and improving the features you can see in Juggle — matching a meeting to a client, drafting its summary, and working out which tasks came out of it.

Nothing else. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell or transfer it, and we do not put it to any purpose beyond those features. No human at Juggle reads it unless you have explicitly asked us to (to help with a support request), it is necessary for security purposes, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised.

Your calendar events reach our AI models as context while Juggle drafts a summary or extracts tasks for you — that is the feature working. They are never used to develop, improve, or train generalised or non-personalised AI or machine-learning models, by us or by the providers we use.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Juggle from your Google Calendar whenever you like — in Juggle, or from the permissions page of your Google account. That revokes our access on the spot. If you also want us to delete what Juggle has already stored, email privacy@joinjuggle.com and we will do it and confirm.

Calendar events, meeting audio, transcripts, and notes are sensitive, and Juggle is built that way round. Capture and storage are local: your recordings, transcripts, and notes live in the app on your Mac, not on our servers. Access tokens for accounts you connect are stored encrypted, and are used only to fetch the data described above.

What does leave your machine travels over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2 or better) and is encrypted at rest wherever it is held. Transcription and extraction run through SOC 2-compliant cloud APIs configured for zero retention and zero training — they process the request and keep nothing.

Access to production systems that could touch customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the service, on individual accounts with multi-factor authentication and least-privilege permissions. Sensitive data is never copied into advertising platforms, analytics tools, or model-training sets.

We keep waitlist information for as long as the beta program runs. Want out? Email us and we will delete your information — no questions, no retention period, no dark patterns.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Waitlist submissions are delivered and stored through Resend, the email service we use to notify ourselves and keep the waitlist. Both are bound by their own privacy commitments; neither gets to use your data for anything beyond providing the service to us.
